This facility is turn key. During the last 4 years there have been substantial upgrades to the FFE including a 50 ton travel lift to replace a 30 year old 40 ton lift. Environmental- There are no environmental issues impacting yacht repair and maintenance at the facility. A Phase I/II environmental site assessment was completed in May 2006.

Soils & Geotechnical- a comprehensive geotechnical analysis of the facility in 2006 to determine the soil conditions and stability of all pier and concrete structures on the site. No issues were found.

Public Water and Sewer- The facility is serviced by city water and sewer. There is no capacity or zoning issues that affect full use of water and sewer. There is also a “non-potable” well available for use.

Public Road Access- The site is accessed by Salerno Road. This is a two-lane residential road, making a perfect entry for your customers and prospective clients.
