135 Slip marina with 1.3 ares of upland. This facility has been recently dredged and 30 slips have been added that will accomodate boats that are 40 feet or larger. The new walkways are 8 foot wide and the fingers are 4 feet wide. All the new slips have 50 amp power.
The owner has rebuilt the facility since acquiring it. This facility has a great infrastructure. Most of the bulkheading has been replaced with plastic sheetpile. There are 2 buildings on site: 1 Marina office and a bath house. There is a large hoop house used for service. The marina has a newer 25 Ton Kleeco Travel Lift, 2 year old hydraulic trailer, 2 backhoes/ excavators, and all other equipment needed to run the facility.
